By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms, which apply to all orders placed at Imaginary Mirrors for the sale and supply of our products. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. No other terms or modifications shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by us.

Order Processing
The delivery time for your order depends on product availability, payment processing, and when the order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Friday). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Uncollected Packages
If you fail to collect your package or are unavailable to receive it on the delivery date, the package will be returned to us. A fee of $26 USD will be charged for shipping and administrative costs related to the unclaimed package.
Local Taxes
Please note that local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply based on your region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
